Why we cite it
Narrative review synthesizing evidence on how adiposity, sex, and habitual physical activity modulate exercise-induced appetite responses. On the authors’ ”balance of evidence”, appetite and energy-intake responses to exercise do not differ by adiposity or sex, and people with higher habitual activity ”may exhibit improved sensitivity of the appetite control system”, which the authors say needs further research. Eleven authors.
