The Cooking Class

Cooking classes are about learning and experience, not maximizing calories consumed. Participate fully in the cooking—that’s the point. When eating, taste everything but finish nothing. A few mindful bites provide most of the experience; additional consumption adds primarily calories with diminishing pleasure.
