Why we cite it

Provides the conceptual framework of “Resistance” — the internal force of fear, self-doubt, procrastination, and self-sabotage that prevents people from doing what they know they should. Advocates a professional/warrior mindset to overcome these obstacles, which maps directly onto the dietary-change context of the project.
