Book
Ludwig DS. Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently. New York: Grand Central Life & Style; 2016. 384 p.
Why we cite it
Presents the argument that food quality — particularly the type and processing of carbohydrates — matters more for weight management than calorie counting. Proposes that processed carbohydrates drive fat storage through insulin, creating a cycle of hunger and overeating that can be broken by eating whole, unprocessed foods.
